Plans and automatic renewal

• Docustrator for Windows costs $39 USD per month or $390 USD per year.
• New accounts can start a 7-day free trial, once per account. A payment card is required to start it.
• When the trial ends, the card is charged automatically for the plan you chose, and then again every month or year until you cancel.
• One account can be used on up to 2 computers.

How to cancel

Sign in on the billing page and choose Manage billing. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the trial or the period already paid for.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed individually. We don't guarantee a refund. To ask for one, email admin@docustrator.com from the email address on your account and include the date of the charge.
