Help with Docustrator for Windows during the invited pilot.

Installing

  1. To join the pilot, submit the pilot request form at docustrator.com/request-pilot. You will receive an email if approved.
  2. Use the Windows installer sent with your pilot invitation. There is no public download.
  3. Run the installer on your Windows laptop and follow the prompts.
  4. If Windows shows a security prompt, check that the file came from your Docustrator invitation before continuing.

Signing in and activating

  1. Open Docustrator and create an account, or sign in, using the same email address your invitation was sent to.
  2. New accounts must confirm their email first: open the confirmation email, then return to the desktop app to sign in.
  3. Your 30-day pilot starts at the first successful activation. It can be used on up to two devices.

Forgot your password

  1. In the desktop sign-in screen, choose “Forgot password” and enter your email.
  2. Open the reset email, set a new password on the page it opens, then return to the desktop app and sign in.
  3. Reset links expire. If yours has, the reset page lets you request a new one.
