Your documents

Docustrator for Windows works with the PDFs, images and videos already on your computer. Activating the app does not require uploading your exhibits.

Some features show or send content by design: WitnessLink sends exhibit views and annotations to the devices you pair with it, and the Present window (or any window you share in a meeting) shows the selected content to the people watching. Files you attach to a support request are sent to us.

What we collect

• Account: your email address and password (stored only in protected, hashed form by our sign-in provider), plus any name you give us.
• Desktop activation: when the app checks your access it sends your signed-in account and a random identifier for that computer, so we can apply the 2-computer limit.
• Subscriptions: your plan, trial and renewal dates, and payment status. Card details are entered on Stripe's page and processed by Stripe; we don't receive or store your card number.
• Forms you send: pilot requests (name, email, company, intended use), support requests and any files you attach, and emails you send us.
• Security records: limited technical records such as an anonymized network identifier on the pilot request form to prevent abuse, and logs of administrative actions.

Account and session storage in your browser is used to keep you signed in.

Why we use it

To run your account, check your desktop access, process subscriptions, answer support requests and pilot requests, send account and billing emails, and keep the service secure.

Service providers

• Lovable hosts this website and its backend (sign-in, database, file storage and email sending), which runs on Supabase.
• Stripe processes payments and subscriptions.

Deleting your account

To ask for your account to be deleted, email admin@docustrator.com from the address on the account. Some records, such as billing and payment history, may need to be kept where the law or our payment processor requires it.
